Description

• Provides knowledge in design, architecture, development, and administration • Developing, enhancing, and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Ansible and AWS Cloud Formation • Working with Automation tools such as Jenkins in a CI/CD pipeline to help automate testing and deployment of new code • Monitoring existing systems for structural integrity • Overseeing the development and installation of new hardware and software • Installing and configuring operating systems and other software and routinely testing installed software for glitch detection and other issues • Providing technical direction to IT support staff • Designing and implementing security systems and redundant backups to maintain data safety • Writing custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention • Creating scalable, automated solutions for customer base • Establishing multi-platform versions of the software package • Writing tests for existing and created code to ensure compatibility and stability • Evaluating, recommending, and implementing automated test tools and strategies • Designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met • Evaluating hardware and software and resolving LAN/MAN/WAN network related problems

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance (with SCI eligibility) • 2+ years of experience in a DevOps role and Agile methodologies • DevOps tools: Jenkins & Ansible • Cloud: AWS • Cloud Tools: Cloud Formation • Experience with Infrastructure as Code/ Configuration as Code • 8570 cybersecurity cert (Sec+, CISSP, etc.) • Experience with Kubernetes • GitOps • Must be within 2 hours of the designated work location in case of emergency needs
