Description

• Design, develop, and test custom software solutions • Create implementation or integration approach for applications • Translate system requirements into design specifications • Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production • Design and code applications in line with programming standards and interface specifications • Work with Business Analysts team to identify design gaps and functionality improvements • Develop Java/Scala based REST APIs based on technical designs • Create and execute unit tests for developed components • Troubleshoot different environments including production for development issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software or specialized utility programs • Experience with Cucumber, Selenium, SOAPUI, GIT, and Ansible • Provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications • Understand what NoSQL databases are; hands-on experience is a plus • Trained in Java, JavaScript, REST, Gradle is a plus • Basic understanding of Agile development methodology and AWS environment • Ability to analyze logs; Splunk familiarity is a plus • Ability to perform in high-pressure environment and under strict deadlines • Ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities
