• Work remotely and independently to deliver client programming and communication through our innovative tools. • Collaborate with a diverse group of peers within your team and receive guidance from your direct manager. • Participate in team and company-wide meetings to align with company objectives and goals • Demonstrate exceptional written and on-camera communication skills as you guide your clients to define goals, get the most out of your programming, and uncover opportunities for progress. • Develop effective, engaging fitness programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives. • Utilize a variety of features and strategies to provide your clients with the guidance, accountability, and motivation they need to push past plateaus and achieve results. • Stay organized in order to proactively anticipate client needs • Follow Future’s Standards of Performance to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for each client. • Help us continue to raise the bar! Requirements

• Exceptional written and on-camera communication skills • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sport Science, Sport Psychology, Kinesiology, Health, and Wellness or a related field • 1+ years of relevant experience in coaching or training with elite professional and collegiate athletes or in a general population setting • CSCS, NASM, SCCC, ACSM, CFSC (preferred)
