📋 Description

• Support the Trustee in fulfilling fiduciary, regulatory and operational oversight responsibilities across superannuation administration, claims, complaints and member outcomes • Provide cross-functional support across claims, complaints, incidents, remediation, service-provider oversight, contact centre oversight and member servicing • Act as an escalation point for complex operational matters • Resolve complex operational issues • Review and make decisions within delegated authority • Oversee service-provider performance • Contribute to operational governance, risk, regulatory activities and continuous improvement • Mentor colleagues and provide technical guidance • Assist with work allocation and delegation • Build relationships with service providers, colleagues, Senior Leadership and the Office of the Superannuation Trustee

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for Future Group’s mission and moving Australia’s money from fossil fuels into renewable energy • 5+ years’ experience in a superannuation operations role • Customer service experience, such as in a contact or member service centre • Strong understanding of superannuation legislation and product design • RG146 qualification, or willingness to undertake training and become compliant within 12 months of commencement • Tertiary qualifications in finance, law, business or a related discipline or relevant industry experience (nice to have, not essential) • Direct experience working within a superannuation RSE Licensee (nice to have, not essential) • Exposure to insurance within the superannuation system, including Death, TPD, Terminal Illness and Income Protection (nice to have, not essential) • Experience working with outsourced service providers (nice to have, not essential) • Exceptional communication skills • High attention to detail • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priority tasks concurrently • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to communicate with people from all levels and backgrounds • Ability to delegate tasks while owning the outcome
