Description

• Proactively manage Key Accounts (Institutional Key customers/VIP clients), as well as identify new clients on board and corporate partnerships • Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements • Grow market position and drive profitability across the entire product portfolio • Develop new business opportunities across different channels • Create and execute localized strategies to aid in the adoption of a crypto-based ecosystem • Increase operational efficiency throughout the business development organization • Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in sales and client services functions with an international financial background • Prior experience in the crypto industry preferred • Client portfolio including high-frequency trading firms, family offices, asset managers, etc • Effective communicator and able to represent gate.io to external stakeholders • Demonstrated track record of delivering growth metrics • Proactiveness and minimum supervision are needed • Ownership of responsibilities and a task-oriented mindset are a must in a remote set-up
