• Focus on optimizing product experience • Participate in the company's product requirements analysis and understand various business aspects • Assist in analyzing, locating, reproducing, resolving, and tracking online issues related to users, business, and product research • Analyze and summarize problems, contribute to the knowledge base and tool development to continually improve the quality and efficiency of problem handling • Use data analysis to discover product research-related problems, investigate the causes of problems, and provide data support and optimization direction for product research • Maintain positive and effective communication among teams in projects and drive problem resolution • Possess divergent thinking
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, or related fields • Independent insights and strong business analysis and logical thinking abilities • Problem analysis, summarization, and induction skills, with the ability to accurately identify and discover problems, as well as continuously track them • Proficient in database (SQL/MySQL) query operations • Familiar with internet project iteration testing processes • Prior experience in financial-related testing is preferred • Proactive and strong communication skills • Have a certain level of understanding and enthusiasm for the industry
