📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the Analytics/Growth team, setting priorities, quality standards, and the measurement roadmap. • Define and govern the tracking architecture (GA4, Google Tag Manager), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms. • Conduct funnel and user-journey analyses and evaluate organic and paid channels to identify conversion and growth opportunities. • Design and oversee A/B testing and experimentation (CRO) programs using robust statistical methodologies. • Develop and review strategic dashboards and reports in Looker and Power BI, integrating multiple data sources. • Serve as a bridge between Technology, Product, Marketing, and Data teams. • Mentor analysts to foster the team's technical growth and promote a data-driven culture. • Present results, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and multidisciplinary stakeholders. • Monitor analytics trends and new technologies, proposing continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Data Analytics, Growth Marketing, or CRO, including previous technical or team leadership. • Advanced expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, including migration and implementation projects. • Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker and/or Power BI, integrating data from multiple sources. • Practical experience designing, executing, and statistically analyzing A/B tests and experimentation programs. • Knowledge of behavioral analytics and heatmapping tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Mouseflow, and Contentsquare or similar. • Proven ability to translate data into strategic business, marketing, and product recommendations. • Experience working in multidisciplinary environments with direct interaction between Technology, Product, and Marketing teams. • Intermediate or higher English proficiency. • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree or MBA in E‑commerce, Digital Marketing, Data, or related fields is a plus.
