• Erstklassiger 1st-Level-Support – telefonisch, per Ticketsystem oder direkt vor Ort • Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Störungen und Anfragen rund um Hard- und Software • Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Desktop-Systemen und mobilen Geräten • Betreuung der Office-IT und Unterstützung der Kolleg:innen bei IT-Fragen im Alltag • Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Beschaffung und Implementierung neuer IT-Systeme
🎯 Requirements
• Begeisterung für IT und Weiterentwicklung in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Administration von Windows-Clients, Office-IT, Mobile Device Management • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaft und Reisebereitschaft nach Berlin
