📋 Description

• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for international IT users • Receive and handle incidents and requests via ticketing system, phone and email • Classify and closely coordinate complex issues with 3rd-level support • Create user documentation in the knowledge base • Conduct end-user training • Install and maintain client systems (desktops, laptops, mobile devices)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent experience • Knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Office 365 • Some experience creating documentation • Very good German and good English skills • Service-oriented, team player and organized • Independent and conscientious working style
