📋 Description

• Provide on-site support to the Colombian military to start up a T700 depot facility supporting helicopter engine repair. • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns. • Establish and maintain on-site relationships to provide ongoing technical and business support. • Includes direct customer interaction and coordination, utilizing in-depth knowledge of engine installation, operation and troubleshooting. • Create presentations and spreadsheets that utilize pivot tables and Pareto charts to assist in drilling down to find root causes for issues and create lasting solutions. • Self-motivated, highly detailed, and uses best practices to achieve goals while integrating well with others.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a field service representative or jet engine maintenance position). • Minimum of 3 years of field maintenance, modification, and repair experience on T700 engines. • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Ability and willingness to travel as required. • Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
