Requirements

• Several years' experience as a full-stack engineer • Experience working directly with customers • Positive business impact outside of writing code • Love to learn and improve, comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback • Want to build a quality product • Write well-structured, testable code • Enjoy working across departments with a diverse team • Enthusiastic about working directly with users • Approaches work with pragmatism
