📋 Description

• Maintain all models specific to Ultrasound Modality Equipment in the assigned area • Perform total system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems • Complete all administration tasks on time • Ensure timely completion and documentation of FMIs and PMS inspections for assigned accounts • Resolve issues using established procedures and consult supervisors or senior team members when needed • Collaborate with others to solve issues • Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customers and GE HealthCare • Exchange technical information, ask questions, and check for understanding

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience • 10 plus years of field experience in Ultrasound Modality is preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-symptom Ultrasound Modality equipment problems • Ability to complete administration tasks, FMI documentation, and PMS inspection documentation on time • Customer relationship and technical information exchange skills
