📋 Description

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for assigned teams. • Support charter reviews and team kickoffs for new or forming teams. • Document ceremony decisions and action items. • Support teams new to agile in applying Scrum mechanics. • Identify and escalate blockers. • Encourage retrospectives and follow through on improvement commitments. • Maintain Jira boards and backlog health. • Track and report delivery metrics using Jira dashboards. • Provide concise delivery status updates to stakeholders. • Use AI-assisted tools for ceremony preparation, note capture, and status reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years working as a Scrum Master or in an agile delivery support role within a technology team. • Working knowledge of Scrum principles and ceremonies. • Experience running or co-facilitating Scrum ceremonies. • Familiarity with Jira for sprint tracking, story management, and basic dashboard configuration. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Track record of keeping teams on track and following through on commitments. • Comfort supporting teams building their agile practice. • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) preferred. • Experience supporting technology teams in Software Engineering, IT infrastructure, or enterprise environments preferred. • Comfort with AI productivity tools or interest in automation preferred. • Experience within an organization with established agile standards preferred. • Working hours: 3:00 PM–12:00 PM IST.
