• Responding to incoming calls for service with a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a 'yes, I can' mentality to help the caller. • Making outbound calls to current, previous, and new customers to schedule service, promote preventative maintenance programs and answering any questions about our services • Responding to online inquiries and voicemails utilizing strong interpersonal skills • Coordinating required response for all emergency service calls • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken. • Utilizing basic software without errors. • Delivering various communications to homeowners as needed • Performing other tasks related to the position as assigned
• Ability to work remotely from your home, free of distraction, is required*** Must possess your own computer as we will install the needed software*** Must be at least 18 years of age*** At least 6 months of prior work experience • A knack for making the customer feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of • Positive attitude and a knack for SALES! • EXCELLENT customer service demeanor to treat our customers like gold • Flexible and adaptable to work in our ever-changing environment • Accurate and detail oriented • Thick skin and ability to handle HIGH and LOW volume call days • The work schedule for this position is: Monday-Friday typically from 11am-4pm CST One required rotating Saturday or Sunday, 4-hour shift. The above work schedule is pretty typical, but please expect the hours to change pending seasonality, business demands, and the like.
