• Act in a senior, autonomous, and results-oriented manner, conducting recruitment and selection processes with speed, technical quality, and a consultative approach; • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; • Perform strategic alignments with clients and hiring managers; • Execute active headhunting and advanced sourcing strategies; • Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews; • Deliver accurate shortlists and strategic assessments; • Manage candidate pipelines, SLAs, and recruitment metrics; • Work on operational, technical, strategic, and leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; • Experience in recruitment and selection; • Proven track record of quickly closing vacancies; • Proficiency in competency-based interviews; • Experience with active headhunting (LinkedIn and networking); • Ability to manage multiple processes autonomously; • English (a plus).
