📋 Description

• Strategic and operational management of clients from various industries, usually in teams of two to three • Act as a sparring partner at eye level to C-level executives, heads of communications, and in-house PR managers • Develop creative, editorially thought-out PR stories • Pitch PR stories individually to journalists • Use the internal AI stack for research, pitch preparation, and topic scouting • Work with clear KPIs and contribute to success through daily media contact and close client support • Build and maintain relationships with journalists in leading media across the DACH region and Europe • Execute tailored editorial PR with a clear topic strategy and targeted phone pitches • Contribute to the development and advancement of the AI-PR system

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on PR experience in agency or in-house roles • Proven placements in leading German publications • Experience in strategic and operational client management • Ability to translate complex topics into precise, journalistically viable stories • Well-maintained network of journalists • Self-responsibility and willingness to actively contribute to a knowledge-sharing team • Experience with LLMs or AI workflows • German at C2 level • Professional communication in English • Residence in Germany
