📋 Description

‱ Assist new customers with onboarding and using our systems ‱ Respond to technical inquiries ‱ Provide customer support via phone, email, chat and other channels ‱ Document customer interactions and resolutions ‱ Contribute to improving customer support processes

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience supporting and advising B2B customers ‱ Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management is a plus ‱ Solution-oriented mindset ‱ Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken ‱ Additional European languages are a plus
