📋 Description

• Support founders and core team with daily operational and administrative tasks • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, delegate tasks, and remove bottlenecks • Manage internal documentation in Notion, communications in Slack, and task tracking in Linear • Conduct research, coordinate events, book resources, and handle miscellaneous requests • Partner with engineers and go-to-market colleagues on cross-functional initiatives • Assist with ad-hoc projects and operational improvements as the company grows • Maintain organization across tools, processes, and documentation to ensure clarity and consistency • Support remote collaboration across time zones and maintain efficient communication rhythms

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of Executive Assistant or operations experience (startup experience preferred) • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment • Strong communication skills, highly organized, and excellent at prioritization • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and navigate ambiguity • Proficiency with Notion, Slack, and familiarity with Linear or Attio CRM is a plus • Bonus Points: Experience supporting technical or engineering teams • Prior experience in early-stage startups • Strong documentation or project coordination background
