Description
• Reporting to a Director, Software Engineering • Work with Engineering Managers and Individual Contributors • Lead Growth group with 4 squads • Develop growth and onboarding motions • Work with Design, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales peers • Mentor and coach team members • Plan technical strategy, investments, and address tech risks • Recruit, hire, level up internal team • Create and maintain environment for top-quality work • Collaborate across business stakeholders • Run experiments, deliver innovative experiences
Requirements
• Established software engineer with leadership experience • Leading multiple teams and Engineer Managers • Ability to keep up in technical conversations • Experience in delivering quality software • Previous experience leading change and delivering on company vision • Agility in an agile environment • Strong communication skills • Collaboration skills • Performance management skills • Desired: Experience in Growth or E-commerce realms • Desired: Experience with technologies such as Ruby, Rails, React
