📋 Description

• Full-stack development of the PR platform as the operating system for the PR agency • Build an AI agent system to redefine the PR value chain • Develop agents for the day-to-day work of PR consultants, including self-learning loops and multi-agent orchestration • Help shape the system architecture, including workflows, data models, interfaces, compliance, and tech stack • Further develop the database architecture using relational and vector databases • Take joint responsibility for the technical foundation together with the second developer • Integrate AI into getpress’s processes and strategy • Work directly with management, implement your own ideas, and define technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in software development • At least 1 year of experience developing AI agents and AI components such as memory, context engineering, retrieval, and orchestration • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph • Knowledge of TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, LangGraph, and GitHub • Experience developing backend systems with frameworks such as FastAPI, Spring Boot, or NestJS • Experience with container-based and cloud-native architectures, including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or comparable technologies • Based in Germany • C1-level German is an advantage; B2 level is sufficient, with a willingness to complete a C1 course during the first year of employment • Strong SQL, API design, schema design, and query optimization skills are an advantage • Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems, along with an understanding of model behavior, performance, and limitations, is an advantage • Experience in product engineering and evaluating requirements from a business and user perspective is an advantage • Experience with event-driven architecture, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, is an advantage • Experience with agentic development, such as Claude Code or Codex, is an advantage
