Description

• Partner closely with Product Management and Development teams to strategize a discovery and design plan • Add to UI design system for consistent look and feel • Lead discovery and ideation sessions • Create UX deliverables including wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes • Apply user-centered design methods • Define design value by identifying user needs, actions, behaviors, and emotions • Conduct usability testing and synthesize results • Conduct audits and heuristic evaluations • Incorporate success metrics into design decisions

Requirements

• BA/BS degree, preferably in Graphic Design, User Interaction, Human-Centered Design, Advertising or a related field • 5+ years of UX experience • Experience with rapid prototyping in one or more tools (i.e. Figma, Adobe XD) • Experience working with product managers and engineering teams to design and launch mobile applications for iOS, Android, and web • Graphic design skills (color theory, grid system, publishing, illustration, copywriting, animation, etc.) • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and problems to solve • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
