âą Lead and manage the European Works Council and Select Committee âą Plan, coordinate and manage European Works Council meetings and consultation processes âą Prepare executives and functional leaders for presentations and consultations âą Advise leadership on messaging, consultation strategy and stakeholder engagement âą Coordinate consultation timelines, governance and documentation across Europe, particularly Germany and France âą Partner with Legal, Communications, HR and business leaders to ensure effective consultation and compliance âą Design and implement the European Labour Relations operating model âą Develop standard work, playbooks, process maps, governance frameworks, templates and toolkits âą Build a central repository of guidance materials, FAQs and best practices âą Develop digital tools, dashboards and scalable project-management practices âą Leverage AI, digital technologies, automation and dashboard reporting to improve efficiency and visibility âą Develop and deliver training for HR, project managers, functional leaders and executives âą Coach senior leaders participating in consultation processes âą Build Labour Relations capability across the European HR organization âą Track consultation projects, support resource planning and prioritization, and establish operating rhythms âą Develop metrics to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement âą Lead Labour Relations aspects of organizational transformation, restructuring and business change across Europe âą Support consultation strategies for acquisitions, integrations and organizational change âą Contribute to the European Labour Relations Centre of Excellence
âą Significant experience leading Labour Relations and Employee Relations within a complex multinational organization âą Demonstrated experience managing a European Works Council or equivalent transnational employee representative body âą Strong understanding of European Labour Relations legislation and Information & Consultation requirements âą Experience leading complex restructuring, transformation and organizational change initiatives âą Experience partnering across multiple European jurisdictions in a matrix organization âą Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills âą Excellent project management and organizational capabilities âą Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment âą Willingness to travel within Europe approximately 35% âą Bachelorâs degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Employment Law or related discipline preferred âą Advanced qualifications in Employment Law, Industrial Relations or Human Resources preferred âą Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy or similar unionized environments preferred âą Experience establishing Labour Relations governance, Centres of Excellence or operating models preferred âą Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations and large-scale transformation programmes preferred
