📋 Description

• Provide delivery leadership and responsibility for implementing complex GE Digital Grid software projects at customer sites across APAC • Manage customer expectations, communications, and narrative throughout project delivery • Lead diverse customer-focused global project teams, including internal resources, partners, and subcontractors • Define and execute detailed project plans based on the Statement of Work, customer profile, scope, timeline, and budget/resources • Ensure project management processes and practices are followed, simplified, and improved where needed • Resolve execution roadblocks and interdependencies with technical and functional teams • Influence peers and negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, scope changes, resources, and non-standard events • Ensure deliverable quality and alignment with stakeholder expectations and Statements of Work • Track outcome realization and customer satisfaction using established service-level metrics • Collect lessons learned and feed them back into organizational improvements • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting • Identify opportunities to maximize customer value from GE software and expand projects profitably • Uphold GE Digital Grid administration and compliance requirements in real time • Travel to customer sites in the Philippines or other APAC countries as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering & IT from a local or internationally recognized university is required • Extensive related local Philippines network • At least 15+ years of experience in the Philippines in complex customer implementation project management • Experience managing large-scale, complex software projects such as ADMS, SCADA, EGIS, ERP, CRM, or SAP • Strong Agile/Scrum execution experience • Certified Scrum Master desirable • Strong negotiation, visualization, and customer management skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers • Good understanding of power transmission and distribution systems, utility operations, and grid management • Able to travel 5–20% domestically and internationally • Professional English level • Immigration and relocation support are not available
