📋 Description

• Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications on the ServiceNow platform. • Collaborate with business teams, functional analysts, architects, and developers. • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using best practices. • Support the configuration and customization of the App Engine, Customer Service Management (CSM), and ITSM modules. • Create and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Record Producers. • Participate in the technical analysis of functional and non-functional requirements. • Support integrations between the ServiceNow platform and internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. • Participate in the team’s Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. • Keep activities up to date in Jira. • Pursue ongoing technical training in the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript development. • Knowledge of or experience with the App Engine, ITSM, or CSM modules. • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. • Basic knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs. • Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling. • Familiarity with web development concepts. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • Ability to learn continuously and an interest in developing enterprise solutions. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Preferred: knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Portal. • Preferred: basic knowledge of microservices integrations. • Problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
