📋 Description

• Identify and capitalize on clients’ recruitment needs • Manage the recruitment process: job advert writing and posting, and interviews • Source, assess, and build relationships with a pool of qualified talent • Proactively present candidate CVs to clients and prospective clients • Monitor assignments, onboarding, and client satisfaction • Contribute to expanding existing accounts through a proactive approach

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in recruitment or at a staffing agency • Knowledge of temporary staffing is essential • Customer-service orientation, responsiveness, and attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage priorities • Interest in technical and operational roles
