Description

• Responsible for successful day to day account and operational management of a portfolio of programs • Lead program onboarding, program design, and full-scale execution for large scale biosecurity programs • Ability to interpret client needs and voice to cross-functional team members towards client success • Tackle the most urgent and immediate problems facing the company • Support and coordinate ongoing operational delivery with third-party partners and internal partners • Support special projects, as requested • Occasional off hours and weekend coverage • Travel (int’l and domestic) required for client meetings or team on-sites, up to 25% • Meaningfully and positively contribute to Biosecurity culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or other closely related field • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience • Proven track record of project ownership and results orientation in a team setting • Strong analytical skills • Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and cross functionally in a matrixed environment • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
