• Successful completion of Solutions Architect Onboarding plan in the first 30 days • Comprehensive knowledge of GitLab platform, DevOps practices, and associated technologies within two months • Engage with customers in technical consultancy and advisor role in three months • Formulate and execute sales strategy to exceed revenue targets • Educate customers on GitLab's value proposition • Guide technical evaluations via POC/POV ownership, RFP/audit support, and workshop design • Build relationships with customers and internal teams • Continuous improvement of professional skills with a focus on personal mastery
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing organizations • Continuous improvement of professional skills with a focus on personal mastery • Maintain specialty competency in technologies related to GitLab's market focus • Travel opportunities as part of the customer-facing role
