Description

• Design intuitive and scalable solutions that enhance collaboration for teams working across various industries, including game development, automotive, healthcare, and more • Work closely with a cross-functional team to bring strategic pillars to life such as Easy administration for large teams, High performance with large binary files, and Streamlined workflows for large repositories • Focus on usability at scale, ensuring tools and workflows are accessible and efficient for all users

Requirements

• A visionary designer with extensive experience in product design, particularly within software development or tech industries • Demonstrated experience with DevOps, either as a user or designing for a product • Strong experience working in highly technical, complex environments • Leadership skills - ability to define and drive a UX vision in cross-functional teams. Driving change across other teams, not just your own • Experience conducting your own research with a variety of methods, and strong decision making skills for when to do research • Skilled in breaking down complex designs and prioritizing core features to speed up the development process while ensuring a high-quality user experience • Experienced in working within cross-functional teams, and you have the communication skills to bridge the gap between designers, developers, and other stakeholders
