📋 Description

• Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents. • Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects and initiatives. • Maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes. • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration. • Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making by senior management. • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed. • Assist in budget management and tracking expenditures. • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling orientation sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • High level of confidentiality and professionalism. • Willing to work remotely and US hours Monday to Friday. • Finance background is a plus
