📋 Description

• Attract, source, and select top talent to support the company's strategic objectives • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies • Conduct full-cycle screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Oversee sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates • Manage documentation processes and maintain accurate applicant records

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral) • Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite • At least 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and talent acquisition • Willing to work from home permanently • Computer Processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher • Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB • Computer Operating System: At least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura • Primary headset: USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature • Camera capable of clear and crisp video output • Backup system meeting the stated processor, RAM, and operating-system requirements, or a UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours and typically 240Wh or higher • UPS must accept all plugs required for the primary device and work environment • Primary DSL/fiber internet connection of at least 100mb/s contracted • Backup internet connection of at least 20mb/s via cell • A year of experience in Human Resources is preferred
