📋 Description

• Promote student healthcare programs and career opportunities to prospective candidates • Source and recruit qualified students and healthcare candidates through various channels, social media, referrals, campus partnerships, and networking • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews/consultation, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet recruitment targets • Develop relationships with universities, colleges, training institutions, and student organizations • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs • Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment and placement goals • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional support • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus activities as needed • Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or any related field • Must have 2-3 years of experience in sales recruitment, or healthcare recruitment • Experience working in staffing or recruitment agency is strongly preferred • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales target-driven environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
