• Market mapping across rail, energy and water infrastructure • Identifying and engaging technical white-collar candidates • Supporting delivery across multiple live roles and projects • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines • Using JobAdder as the CRM (candidate management, tracking, notes) • Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients • Managing diaries, scheduling calls and follow-ups • Supporting with LinkedIn / social media updates and job ads • General recruitment admin and coordination support
• Experience in recruitment / resourcing (agency or internal) • Exposure to infrastructure, construction or engineering markets • Strong understanding of technical white-collar roles (design, engineering, project delivery etc.) • Ability to map markets and identify relevant talent pools • Comfortable using CRM systems (JobAdder experience ideal) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once • Strong communication skills clear, professional, and proactive • Agile mindset able to work in a fast-moving environment
