📋 Description

• Support international business development, institutional enrollment, and student recruitment efforts • Optimize operations and manage key accounts • Oversee project planning, execution, and process improvements • Support strategic initiatives for international recruitment • Liaise between recruitment teams and external partners • Manage incoming agent inquiries and business relationships • Support agent and key account development, including escalations and problem-solving • Track and analyze KPIs, team targets, and performance metrics • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership • Maintain databases and ensure accurate data collection and reporting • Identify gaps in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes • Support contract compliance and adherence to internal procedures • Enhance operational systems and reporting structures cross-functionally • Coordinate strategic enrollment management initiatives across departments and teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, business development, or project management • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment • Experience in international education, recruitment, or a related industry is a plus • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data reporting and performance metrics • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other CRM tools • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and executive teams
