📋 Description

• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive the initial stages of the sales process. • Your goal is to build a strong sales funnel (customers and partnerships). • You will initially be the sole SDR for the DACH market and will therefore enjoy several advantages (e.g., handling all inbound inquiries). • You will also work closely with our management team to further refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and identify companies for potential strategic partnerships. • You will be an important part of the sales team. • Learn how a fast-growing startup operates and work closely with our founders. • Receive training from experienced software sales professionals (No experience yet? No problem—we will support you where you currently are). • Be involved daily in discussions on topics such as net-zero emissions, sustainability, and emerging technologies. • Independently identify and contact potential customers and partners (via email, phone, social media, and at trade shows and events). • Act as the central point of contact for all incoming inquiries. • Develop your own sales strategy. • Present our software solutions to decision-makers. • Participate in various events and trade shows.

🎯 Requirements

• You speak fluent German (C2 is required) and English; additional languages are a plus. • You are passionate about fighting the climate crisis. • You are motivated to work in sales. • You are not deterred by cold calling. • You are highly communicative. • You are proactive, committed, and eager to learn. • You work independently and are not afraid to ask questions. • You have some initial experience in sales (this is a plus, not a must). • You enjoy taking on responsibility. • You want to challenge the status quo and help companies take their first steps toward a greener future. • Bonus: a university degree—preferably in business, sales/marketing—or practical vocational training in retail, B2B/B2C sales, or hospitality.
