• Equipment Installation: - Physically install mounting equipment, cameras, computers, and network equipment - Conduct thorough testing and calibration • Onsite Training and Support: - Provide training to farmers - Perform basic maintenance of equipment • Customer Relationship Management: - Cultivate relationships with clients - Serve as the primary onsite point of contact • Technical Troubleshooting: - Identify and resolve technical issues - Collaborate closely with the technical team • Product Improvement Feedback: - Gather feedback from farmers - Work with the product development team

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in the field - including unforeseen circumstances • Ability to communicate with different kinds of customers efficiently • Functioning in a new environment • Proven experience in technical equipment installation • Flexibility and willingness to travel globally • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Proficient in Written and Spoken English
