Description

• Assist billing team in processing and invoicing payroll & expenses for clients in 180+ countries • Generate bills for customers based on invoices submission • Monitor and track payment releases to contractors/consultants • Process expense/invoice reports ensuring compliance with local laws

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 1-3 years of billing/payroll/accounting experience • Experience with vendor/accounting systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle a high volume of time-sensitive materials • High attention to detail • Interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (communicative English) • Inclination to roll up sleeves to get job done
