Description

• Unravel potential customers' dreams and guide them to the appropriate product • Help customers envision the business they could start or artworks they could create • Provide comprehensive knowledge of how customers can utilize the Glowforge printer • Navigating queries and easing customer apprehensions • Managing potential clients in CRM • Responding to incoming inquiries and inbound calls • Tailoring responses to customer queries • Facilitating purchase decisions and meeting/exceeding sales quotas

Requirements

• Sales veteran with persuasive skills • Highly motivated and self-driven • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • Proficiency with CRM tools • Excellent written and verbal communication • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas Nice to have: • Experience in selling physical hardware • Proficiency with design tools • Experience in a startup or fast-growing tech company • Personal passion for creating things • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
