📋 Description

• Support in business development and involvement in strategic initiatives (building new business areas) • Operational support for ongoing projects and client engagements • Coordination and organization within personnel services • Analysis and optimization of internal processes • Support for sales activities and preparation of proposals • General organizational and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field • Structured and independent working style • Interest in entrepreneurial topics and growth • Analytical thinking and quick grasp of new concepts • Very good German skills, good English skills • Confident use of common tools (Google Workspace, Excel, or similar)
