• Maintain a master calendar of marketing tactics, campaigns, and customers • Manage, update, and share master planning documents and collateral including website management • Coordinate and communicate marketing work with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners • Collaborate on customer collateral development • Organize and manage data files for projects • Ensure timely printing and shipping of collateral • Identify engaging topics for customers • Maintain project list for creative needs • Prioritize creative deliverables and tasks • Plan and execute webinars • Create UTM tags and QR codes for campaigns • Research and manage conference participation • Manage Hubspot sales tool
• Currently a rising Senior, Senior, or Graduate student • 3+ years of marketing operations experience preferred • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing • Knowledge of marketing tactics and metrics reporting • Ability to work cross-functionally • Experience with Google and communication tools • Hubspot and/or Marketing Cloud management experience • Salesforce management experience • Project management tool experience such as Asana
