Description

• Register employee information in payroll software ERP • Perform end-to-end payroll processes • Handle post-payroll processes including ISR, Local Tax, IMSS, Infonavit and CFDI • Provide support and advice with garnishments, leaves, disabilities treatment • Manage termination processes • Coordinate paperwork and filings with local authorities • Ensure compliance with statutory processing • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll tasks • Maintain confidentiality of pay records • Prepare payroll reports for record-keeping • Act as escalation point for employee queries • Stay informed about HR trends and regulatory changes • Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of payroll experience in in-house processing in Mexico • Excellent written & verbal skills • Experience with IMSS, SAT, Infonavit • Proficiency in Protheus ERP • Intermediate level of English proficiency • Organizational and interpersonal abilities • Proactive and effective communicator • Detail-oriented and capable of handling complex tasks • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently • Open to flexibility and positive approach towards change
