📋 Description

• Own the strategy, execution, and quality bar for HighLevel’s WhatsApp product end to end • Define the roadmap and success metrics across onboarding, templates, WhatsApp Flows, Calling, AI, and monetization • Make WhatsApp onboarding self-serve and fast, including embedded signup, number and business verification, multi-WABA, and Coexistence • Own deliverability and account health, including quality ratings, messaging-limit tiers, and failure taxonomy • Own the WhatsApp template lifecycle, including approvals, quality-based pausing, rich formats, localization, and pre-approved libraries • Own WhatsApp Calling on WebRTC, including softphone experience, permissions, recording, transcripts, and call-quality instrumentation • Own WhatsApp Flows, including Flow JSON authoring, endpoint-backed data exchange, encryption key management, and publishing • Drive Conversation AI, WhatsApp bots, and Voice AI with engagement rules, guardrails, language coverage, and cost metering • Own monetization through subscription and usage pricing, credit lines, migrations, wallet debits, reselling markups, and discount programs • Work directly with Meta to secure betas, escalate customer policy issues, influence the roadmap, and manage partner-funded development programs • Prototype ideas, run customer discovery, and partner with Design on high-friction product surfaces • Partner with Product Marketing, Support, Implementation, RevEx, and Finance to drive activation, retention, packaging, revenue, and lower support volume • Lead breaking platform migrations across the live installed base with clear migration and communication plans

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience owning complex B2B SaaS, messaging, communications, AI, automation, CRM, or platform products • Experience in a senior individual-contributor role such as Staff, Principal, or Lead Product Manager • Deep understanding of the WhatsApp Business Platform, or strong fluency in adjacent messaging, CPaaS/BSP, conversational AI, or telephony domains • Working knowledge of real-time voice, WebRTC, and VoIP call quality • Technical fluency with APIs and webhooks, LLM behavior, rate limits and retries, observability, and scalability • Comfort operating on top of third-party platforms and managing provider policies and approval queues • Strong understanding of usage-based monetization, rate cards, margin mechanics, wallet and credit-line architecture, and billing accuracy • Hands-on prototyping ability and experience conducting customer interviews • Strong analytical ability, including defining metrics, writing SQL, diagnosing funnel drop-offs, and evaluating customer feedback • Experience in high-growth international markets, particularly LatAm, India, or SEA • Excellent written communication and high ownership in a fast-growth, remote-first environment • Bonus: experience with Cloud API, Marketing Messages Lite, embedded signup, WABA operations, BSPs, tech providers, or messaging aggregators • Bonus: experience with WebRTC, SIP, call recording, number provisioning, or telecom compliance • Bonus: experience building AI agents, voice bots, virtual receptionists, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or LLM orchestration • Bonus: experience with content-approval or moderation pipelines • Bonus: experience with usage-based pricing, multi-currency billing, credit lines, or large-scale platform migrations
