📋 Description

• Act as Product Owner for an agile development team and manage the product backlog • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and development specifications • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams on scope, execution, release timelines, and adoption • Refine and prioritize the backlog to deliver the most valuable features first • Participate in and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Gather and analyze customer feedback and data insights to improve product experiences • Collaborate with Senior Product Managers on roadmap planning, product strategy, and identifying product and process opportunities • Document, track, and communicate product changes across the organization • Monitor product performance and help define KPIs and success metrics • Test ideas, iterate on solutions, and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related roles in a tech-driven environment • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Hands-on experience working with development teams • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience managing product backlogs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and customer-first mindset • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: experience in a B2B or SaaS environment • Preferred: basic understanding of UX/UI principles or experience working closely with design teams
