📋 Description

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels • Screen resumes and identify candidates who match technical hiring requirements • Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess candidate fit, interest, and communication skills • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain candidate records and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is accurate and up to date • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events • Partner with recruiters to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the technology industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus • Basic understanding of software engineering roles and common technology stacks is an advantage • Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing is a plus but not mandatory
