• Provide professional customer support by email, chat & phone • Market new services to clients • Build long-term relationship with clients • Work with a worldwide market leader in connected car technology • Opportunities to grow into a team lead role • Full-Time Remote position working US daytime hours (Mon-Fri)
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role • Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing skills • Experience with email, chat & phone support • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
