📋 Description

• Manage a subset of Partners, overseeing all Partner deals throughout the sales cycle, and develop strategies for pipeline creation • Connect with Sales Operation to learn all the details and specifications for each type of partner program in addition to the training team • Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to maximize sales of their customer base (Across all UCaaS products) • Define tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities • Create a Strategy to onboard new partners to our ecosystem, ramping them up as fast as possible for them to start selling • Work along with the Global Partner Team to ensure Partner Exchange (Our portal for Partners) is updated and easy to use • Hold quarterly reviews to determine goals, performance, and growth of key partner segments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field • Proven experience building and managing strategic partner alliances in SaaS environments • Track record of driving increased sales and exceeding revenue targets • Strong presentation and analytical skills to gather and present data on performance and growth • Solid understanding of cloud software vendors, their business models, and current trends in the SaaS – UCaaS landscape • Excellent customer relationship management skills—capable of growing and retaining accounts, building strong partnerships, and addressing potential risks proactively • Accountable, solutions-oriented, and able to manage complex assignments independently while meeting timelines.
