• Paid Media Coordination: Assist in coordinating paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising channels, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and within budget. • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for media vendors and agency partners, communicating campaign objectives, providing assets, and ensuring deliverables are met according to agreed timelines and specifications. • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization, including adjusting targeting, bids, and creative elements to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze campaign performance data, preparing reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future strategy and decision-making. • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing documents, and handling inquiries from vendors and agency partners. • Front-Facing Communication: Liaise with vendors, and agency partners as needed, representing the brand professionally and ensuring clear and effective communication to facilitate collaboration and partnership. • Assist in project management tasks, including tracking project milestones, coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, with previous experience in paid media buying. • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising. • Proficiency in advertising analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, agency partners, and internal stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Previous experience in client-facing roles or vendor management is a plus. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with virtual teams. • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
