Description

• Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across Meta and TikTok platforms. This includes audience segmentation by creative type, account optimization, budget allocation, and campaign objectives alignment with client goals. • Creative Direction and Testing: Lead creative direction in collaboration with the team. Oversee rigorous ad creative testing, emphasizing new creatives, incrementality, and performance analysis. Take a primary role in deciding on tested creative assets and analyzing results, ensuring comprehensive learning utilization. Track and report results. • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance using platform-specific metrics and third-party tools. Prepare detailed reports that not only highlight key results but also provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for ongoing optimization. • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main client contact, maintaining open and proactive communication through email and live calls. Keep clients informed on campaign progress and involve them in strategic decisions. • Innovation and Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in paid social media advertising. Apply these insights to continuously evolve campaign strategies, ensuring remain at the forefront of the industry. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, client's in-house teams, and agency partners to ensure a cohesive approach to client accounts. • Self-Directed Growth and Problem-Solving: Take charge of your professional development, seeking opportunities to expand your expertise in paid social media. Embrace a problem-solving mindset, actively contributing to innovative solutions for client success. • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all campaign activities adhere to our internal recommended best practices. Maintain the highest standards of 'Client-Ready' work, ensuring all deliverables meet the criteria for perfection and attention to detail. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing advanced data analysis, including MS Excel skills with pivot tables and vlookups, to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets is crucial for informing strategic decisions. Huge plus if you are proficient in data tools like Supermetrics and proficient in chart building.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of hands-on paid media advertising experience, specifically on Meta and TikTok platforms. Ideally gained in a dynamic agency or client-side environment requiring agility and innovative thinking. • Proven success in remote work. • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or data analysis are a plus. • Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. • A robust analytical skill set, including experience with third-party analytics tools like GA, Amplitude, Northbeam, and Triplewhale, and strong competence in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, index match, sum ifs, etc.). • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and effective paid social strategies that align with client objectives. • Strong internal and client-facing communication skills. • A track record of identifying challenges and proactively implementing effective solutions. • A history of achieving and surpassing performance goals. • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams, demonstrating the ability to be a team player while also being capable of working independently. • Candidates should show an eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends and apply new learnings to their work.
