• Conceptualize and storyboard creative ideas for social media video content • Shoot and edit high-quality video content using industry-standard editing software • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives • Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms to optimize content performance • Monitor and analyze video metrics to track engagement and make data-driven decisions • Work efficiently under tight deadlines to deliver content in a fast-paced environment • Adapt content for different social media platforms and audience preferences • Create video content across the network on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and more. • Research and identify unique stories to cover, and script out the content direction before executing.
• Proven experience in video production, editing, and storytelling • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for video content • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience creating videos in different formats for social media • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Portfolio showcasing previous video projects and editing skills.
• Competitive salary. • This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. • Work from home. • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST. • Additional perks.
