Description
• Junior App Developer: ABAP development and performance analysis, testing, issue analysis, triage, debugging, job scheduling, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution. Day-to-day management of a specific task order or group of task orders affecting the same or related/interdependent systems. Coordinate with RFCs, defects management, workflow, and PI integration. Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. Develop implementation experience in SAP modules such as SAP Financials and SAP Supply. • Senior Middleware: Provide middleware expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition; Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary; Lead design of middleware interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements; Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases; Support development of training work products and respond to trainer questions; Define user authorization requirements; Provide help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving middleware defects ('break/fix'), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP middleware solution and system; and Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed. • Senior RICE/ABAP: Lead ABAP development and performance analysis, testing, issue analysis, triage, debugging, job scheduling, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution; Coordinate with RFCs, defects management, workflow, and PI integration. Develop implementation experience in SAP modules such as SAP Financials and SAP Supply.
Requirements
• Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred). • DoD clearance required (must be clearable). • Junior: 3+ years of SAP experience. Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix. Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills. • Senior for Middleware: 5+ years Middleware development experience. Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix. Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills. Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP preferred. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module SAP area.
