📋 Description

• Manage creators and oversee influencer portfolios • Help talent grow platform presence and secure brand deals • Scout and sign new creators, including emerging and established influencers • Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies • Negotiate deals with brands and record labels • Develop content strategies for clients • Collaborate with internal teams on overall strategy and talent-roster expansion • Use in-house software and expertise to manage creator careers, audience growth, and content monetization • Work independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Readiness to work hard and get the job done • Bonus: experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies
